Observation

0335(2) Licensor observed the teacher hold a child down on a mat by the child’s right leg and left arm. Licensor observed the teacher shifting her weight to apply pressure where she was holding the child. Licensor asked the teacher to stop holding the child down and that type of physical restraint is a WAC violation.
